I don't use a loose embouchure on bass clarinet and certainly not basset
horn!

Sloppy language on my part. Perhaps "bunched chin and rounder
embouchure with more mouthpiece in the mouth" is a better description?
....but do I understand "certainly not basset horn!" correctly to
mean that the embouchure and mouthpiece for basset horn are more akin to
those of A clarinet than to bass clarinet?

Thanks,
Bill
