I have that album too. Obviously, you've considered the possibility that , being commissioned for Richard S., it may not be available to the public. The link you've provided gives Larry Ashmore's snail mail address and U.K. phone number. Why not just contact him personally? You'll get
a direct answer, and a location to purchase the arrangement if it is available.
