That's simply what this person referred to it as.
It's the building of noise and pressure in the ear
that can apparently be harmful to clarinetists.
(Going back to the plugs perhaps.) I personally know
nothing about it--which is why I'm asking, but after
it was brought up, I'm curious as to find out what
it's all about.
