for the ones using Outlook:

under the Tools menu there is a Rules item, select that. Go to the kind of
account you use, pop, imap, hotmail. Click 'New rule'
In the panel that pops up give the rule a name, like 'spammer'.

Then set the criteria in the "if" box, like 'if the mail is from
<you-know-who>' by selecting 'from' in the popup and inserting the email
address in the field that appears (the address of the mail you have selected
will automatically appear there).

now define the action, like 'delete message', in the 'then' section.
once you have defined a rule you can run it over a selection of mails and it
will always run as you new mail comes in - if you have it enabled that is!

works a treat and I've just done that. I'm sure other mailreaders provide
similar functions (I know Netscape, Eudora, pine, ... do)

hope this helps you in getting quicker through the klarinet mails.

cheers - Moritz
