Charles,
I seem to recall someone making an instrument with a plastic barrel and
bell as a way to get a wooden instrument for less money. I thought Noblet or
Normandy did it back in the 70's, but I could be wrong.

By the way, how do you get the sos-and-so wrote on so-and-so date to come out
on the response? I don't know if I am doing this right. Pardon my computer
illiteracy.
