Yes, it should be either a good or an excellent clarinet, depending upon
whether or not it is, as some suggest, really a pro Buffet R-13 that didn't
make the cut for cosmetic reasons.

Replacing a spring is a no-brainer for a repair tech. A buck or two for
the spring, plus a couple of bucks labor.
