Springs are easily replaced by any competent repair person unless they are
badly rusted and even then a repair person still has the tools to cope with
that.. The nice thing is that the basic spring designs for clarinets
haven't changed in almost 100 years so that the age of the instrument
doesn't really matter. Replacement springs are available in the sizes
needed.
