I played a reduction that was from my understanding, done with Stravinsky's
approval and guidance. The person who did it (I don't remember who) did the
reduction combined many of the wind parts so that it could be played by a
somewhat smaller orchestra. The parts were:
1st Bb/A
2nd B/A
Eb/Bb/Bass (the one I did)
The bass part was a combination of the two and some of the D/Eb parts were
written into the 1st two parts. Has anyone lese played this version?
