dear list

there's an A-clarinet in my community orchestra
it's Leblanc, made of grenadilla wood
i think the keys are nickel-plated

but the keys smell very unpleasant
(i don't know how to describe that!)
sure it smells like METAL, but what kind of metal smells like that?

this is very irritating, since everytime i finish playing
all my fingers smell like that too!

is anyone know how to deal with this???
