That's not a staff (count the lines :^) - it's a form of notation for guitar
known as tablature. It shows which frets on which string to use. An awful
lot of guitar players can read tablature but not standard music.

The strings in standard guitar tuning (and starting from the bottom line)
are E A D G B E. There's lots more tunings, of course, but this is the one
that everyone starts with
