You can download a program called Real Player from http://www.real.com
This is a free download! That's the best part!
With Real Player you get what's called Real Jukebox which is a program that
you can use to play cd's through your cd rom. Also you can play downloaded
mp3's that you get from the Net. When you use Real Jukebox with a cd of
you own, it converts the music to mp3 format and then you can send it
through e-mail or across the Net. If that isn't really clear, sorry but I'm
not a computer whiz. Send a message and I'll attempt to clairfy.
