How about Grainger's "County Garden"? Heard it many times - played it once
under Grainger, himself. Didn't help, it's still garbage.

Any of you out there play under Dr. Austin Harding at the University of
Illinois? Sousa wrote great marches, but Dr. Harding had us playing a lot
of Sousa's less memorable compositions. I'm thankful that I've never run
into them again. More garbage.

Forgot about this one... Played a lot of Grainger back at Eastman as he is
one of Hunsburger's favorites. First time through this is interesting, but
after that, trying to play this piece with good intonation is impossible.
Although wind band does portray the bad organ quite well.
