I use the Korg CA-20. It's small, accurate, and relatively inexpensive.
Somewhere between 20 and 30 dollars.

Subject: [kl] Chromatic Tuners

I'm looking to purchase a good tuner to start examining my tone in
more detail, and I was wondering what people on the list were using
and why they thought it was a good purchase. There seem to be a
plethora of units available. I'm also curious if anyone has had any
experience with the new units that have no microphone but required
physical contact with the horn (I think via a lyre), as they measure
the vibration of the instrument itself.

Best Regards,
