I feel the same way. The top rail of my horn has a slight chip in it and the
whole thing was shipped like anything other "thing." As soon as Mars gets
full line, I"m going to switch my business to them.

Luckily, I'm persistent and an experienced mail order buyer. The only reason
I order from WW is because of their price. The region wide music stores here
are fleecing everyone here.
