I do understand your point, but as a consumer/customer I am going to get my
money's worth. I've been corresponding with them since my horn was shipped.
Now, since I paid for it by credit card - I can send it back within 30 days of
purchasing if I'm not completely satisfied with their service.

As long as I was talking about minute things with them, I had an audience. When
it got down to the ad and those things, I got the deaf ear. I am an experienced
consumer and mail order customer. I know my rights very well.
