Then they should be able to say that right away. My business and others commonly refuse to take on business where the margin isn't worth it for us - and we refer them to the companies that _can_ afford to do that type of job. Sometimes we do take on business where the margin doesn't warrant it for "bragging rights" or for the possibility of future business.
