Quena- generic name for flutes and pipes in Bolivia <snip> Any good?

Thank you for the info, I'll do some searching under this name and
see if it's what I'm looking for. I have a CD or two of high pitched
South American flutes and whistles, but I'm particularly looking for the
low-pitched 'whisper and moan of the wind in the forest' type of
instrument. Not as low as a digideroo (sp?), but in the neighborhood
thereof. Perhaps it's a type of low-pitched recorder.

Thanks,
Bill
