Tony, what design does your basset-clarinet have and who made it?
I have a Viennese basset-horn design with an angular barrel ("Lotz-style").
No angel at the middle. It was made by Toru Sakamoto when he lived in
Holland. It plays really well.

What do you think of the drawing? It looks diatonic in the basset range
since there are only two basset-keys visible. Maybe this was his
Bb-instrument. The Bb-repertoire doesn't require a chromatic setup.
