It costs nothing. It is a 'pruned down' version of this mailing
list, and run by the same gentleman (Mark Charette) for people who don't
want to see so many emails.
To subscribe, send an email to:
klarinet-digest-subscribe@-----. It doesn't matter what you say in
the email. Just sending it is enough.
If you want a truly interesting magazine (IMO) every couple of
months, join the ICA, which costs you $35/year.
