Now juuuuust a freakin' minute, Vigorous! I also happen to have relatives
in Oklahoma where the wind comes sweepin' down the plain! And my relatives
have seen YOUR relatives eating the wavin' wheat that sure smells sweet
when the wind comes right behind the rain! And we've feasted on a few of
them. MOOOHAHAHAHAHAHA! I got a kibblegram just the other day from my
nephew Turgenev D. Cat who lives in Norman that he and his littermates had
quite a nice time with your relatives...in fact, they let one of them
escape alone to tell THEE! Yummy! Nice fat wheat-fed rat! Yeah! I admit
I'm envious. He offered to flash-freeze a few and send them along like
some mail-order steaks from Omaha for me and my surrogate son here, Miles
D(avis) Cat. Tempting offer, but I passed: my stupid human doesn't leave
money around here during the day (like he has any) and besides, I don't
have opposing thumbs to open doors for guys from UPS. So we make do with
the Kit 'n' Kaboodle and Sheba. But don't push your luck, Dicky-Boy! I'm
not a kid anymore (seven ain't young!), but I still know a few tricks when
it comes to handling you plague-spreading creatures! Right, you don't like
being reminded of THAT part, do ya?? You ever see a cat start something
that wiped out half of Europe?? Mrrrrrrwwwoooooooorrrrrr!
