On the other hand, this is a completion to 168 bars of the fragment,
which is only 110 bars, and so will very probably be in copyright.

Tyson apparently suggests that it came after the opera, and was written
as a piece of 'domestic amusement' for Stadler.

Dan will probably know more, and have a better idea of whose completion.
