Yup, looks like it. In fact, this is the music of the usually omitted
tenor aria from 'Cosi' that Dan mentioned, and it's usually omitted
because tenors find it too high and demanding.

When we did Cosi at Glyndebourne in 1991 (I think), Kurt Streit sang it
wonderfully, hanging off a gantry, as well -- it was set on a boat!-)
