Snap! I also do some restaurant piano playing - what I call "pretty music
for the rich American widows". And I never thought that I would <ever> let
the <whole> of America hear me say those words! I`m sure America
understands - - - - I met one <once> at a Heathrow hotel - - - - -
A most horrible holiday weekend just ended Sunday. The infamous M25 traffic,
from Heathrow to the Gatwick Hilton, 4 days in succession travelling at 5.00
pm for a 7.15 start. The return journey takes 40 minutes. Friday I arrived
1/2 hour late!!!!
Are you a member of C.A.S.S.? (Clar & sax society). I`ve got a couple of
reviews (hopefully favourable) coming soon to your nearest quarterly
magazine. They have playing weekends and seminars and links with the U.S. &
Europe. Let me know if you, (or anyone) want more info, I`d be happy to do
that.
I`d better end, as this chat hasn`t much clarinet content, ( I thought I`d
slip CASS in to try to pull the wool over everyone`s eyes) - I`ll be getting
another reprimand.
Take care Scotland.
Regards,
Tony W.
