Depends. If it is the third-line B, it is likely to be a leak somewhere,
especially near the bottom of the instrument if everything else is OK.
With every key closed, even the accumilation of tiny leaks in multiple keys
is a possible source of your problem. Reed trouble is unlikely to affect a
single note.
