As you say, you'll have to try them for yourself. But, the Buffet RC
Prestiges that I've seen/played have been very nice. Supposedly Yamaha
makes a good Eb as well, but I've not actually played one.

David Hite has made a good Eb mouthpiece for a long time, although the
blanks appear to be different now from when I got mine ages ago. Our RSO
Eb player just got a Clark Fobes mouthpiece, which on her Buffet, tunes
beautifully, and produces a sound that blends well with the other
clarinets - not so strident as many mouthpieces sound.

YMMV, but maybe this will give you a place to start. On Eb clarinet,
intonation is everything, so take your tuner.
