The autograph of K. 452a, which is written on boths dies of one leaf of
paper (type 11 - see Tyson's catalog of Mozart's paper's watermarks, p.
7) is owned by the Salzburg Mozarteum. It is generally their practice to
make copies of their holdings but that depends on how things are going
and the condition of the paper.

As recently as the 1960s the location of this manuscript was reported as
"unknown" and its presence in the Mozarteum is quite recent. For this
reason you will not find it in the volume of the complete Mozart edition
that contains the quintet K. 452. There may be a facsimile of it
somewhere but I have never seen one nor is one listed in the Koechel
catalog printed in 1964 and which I consulted (and which does not even
have an incipit).

Your best bet is to write to the Mozarteum, enclosing a check, say $25
as good faith money. They always pay attention to people who pay up
front. It probably won't cost any more than $10 but when you overpay,
you get paid attention to.

For your information, the fragment is 35 measures long and is in 6/8
time. That has to mean that it is written in four systems of 6 staves
each. Each system consists of 2 staves for the piano and 4 staves for
the winds. Figuring an average of 8 measures per system times 4 systems
gives you 32 measures and that is close enough to the reported 35 to be
fairly accurate.
