Hello all, I would just like to publicly express my grief for the recent loss
of a fellow musician. Although I did not know him personally, do not play the
flute, and would be crazy to put myself in the same league as him as far as
musicianship goes, the death of Jean Pierre Rampal greatly saddens me. I
thought it necessary for the death of Mr. Rampal to be acknowledged on this
list, as we are all musicians, and we have all lost a friend.
