Glissando to high F

When you get to high C, do the following:

1) Hold the high C fingering and open up the side high C#. That gives
you C#.

2) Still holding this high C#, open up the forefinger throat G#
key. That gives you high D (not the geatest)

3) Holding all this, add throat A. That will give you D#.

4) Finger High E, whilst retaining only the throat G#.

5) From there you should be able play high F.
