For a gliss it only matters if the top f is flat - otherwise you just gliss
up until you hit the correct tuning on this and then stop there !
Of course, if the tuning is too far out, you may not be able to get
a decent tone on this note - but at least you don't have to worry about
the tuning of the other inbetween notes !
