How about using overblown throat notes for all the notes above c ? (if the
tuning on your instrument is suitable) Going up to the overblown Bb should
give you your high F. Of course, you may need to work on gradually opening
the keys, as opposed to sliding fingers elsewhere on the instrument, but
this is certainly done quite easily on equivalent sax keys (although they
do have longer travels).
