The CD liner does not mention Marcellus' name, but Amazon has it listed
under his name on their own database. It's a Sony Classical "Essential
Classics" disc: SBK 63056. The bar code has "7464-63056-2" printed
underneath the code.

This is not the Debussy Rhapsodie. Marcellus is listed as one of the
soloists on the Ravel "Introduction and Allegro." There is also music of
Debussy on this disc. On the other hand. Marcellus sounds fabulous on
the Ravel and this recording is well worth having.

David, I'm not into discology; but the clarinet on the first four
tracks (Debussy's "Petite Suite", not "Rhapsodie") of this disc that I
described above are so.... okay, I'll say it... beautiful, the way the
flute, clarinet and brass blend together, it's beautiful. I really
would like to know who is playing the clarinet. Do you know?

I have Debussy's Rhapsodie as well, but it's on a different disc
with Franklin Cohen playing clarinet (Cleveland Ochestra again, but not
Szell conducting).

Thanks,
Bill
