Hello all,

Not that anyone noticed, but I took a break from the list while I was =
trying to build my slow business.

I am playing tonight with the Ludwig Symphony Orchestra at the Roswell =
Cultural Arts Center. The Concert Starts at 7:00. This is a youth =
Orchestra directed by Tom Ludwig that I have been helping out with over =
the last year. The ages range from 7 to 18. It is a suprisingly good =
Orchestra. The featured soloist is a 16 year old Violinist from Dallas =
Texas, who's name escapes me, playing the Wieniawski Grand Concerto. I =
heard her play last night during a recording session and she is =
absolutely wonderful. To hear her play was an absolute delight. We are =
also performing the 2nd and 4th movements of the Beethoven Symphony =
number 7 and the 4th movement of Tschaikovsky's Symphony No. 5. The =
Haydn Concerto for Cello in C will be performed by a young man named =
David Huchaby. Most of the Brass Section is from UGA and Georgia State. =
Many of the Woodwind players are from the Atlanta Youth Symphony =
Orchestra.
Tom Ludwig was finally able to find a Clarinetist to play the second =
part. He is a gentleman from Russia that I just meet last night. He is =
an excellent player and it was great pleasure playing with him during =
the Recording of the Wieniawski and the Tschaidovsky.

If anybody has a chance to come it will be well worth it. I am playing =
the principle book (if I can find my fingers and tongue, I think I left =
them at the recording studio)
