I use the Eastman system which is 1 te (pronounced tay) 2 te for eight's and
1 ta te ta for 16ths. There is also the 1 e and a (for 16th's) system. The
breath impulse system that can be added to these also. There are other
systems out there too. It is important that you find one that works for you
and your students and then get the students to use that system.
