It is not a subject about which I have anything other than the most
superficial knowledge and, therefore, cannot say anything about it. I
have a natural skepticism for scientific terminology that is not
immediately comprehendable and "cutoff frequency" falls into this
category, but that is not a reason for me to reject the idea. I just
don't know anything about the subject. Sorry
