Subj: [kl] [C] The dreaded virus......
Date: Fri, 5 May 2000 08:06:46 -0400

Well, my hard drive got a hit from that "love" virus that basically put my
Accompaniment service right out of business. Took all of my sound files,
and ate them up - made Mozart, sound just like Metalica. As I never back up
stuff (why bother), I lost everything. This virus is so bad that I think it
blew out the picture tube, and melted all the ice cream in my freezer too.

Actually, I almost (almost, but not quite) feel left out that I didn't get
even one of those "I love you" letters. You would thing that with over 400
e-mails in my box, I would get at least 1??

I just created a CD of the Williams Concerto - so it is up on Michele's
page now. www.mp3.com/clarinet for only $9.99 (soon will go up).

Looking like Summit records (company that has Combs CD, Spring, and several
other major Classical Artists) will be coming to MP3 under my promotion.
Great for classical, and a chance to hear those recordings first (at least
nice length clips from them). Jazz Flutist , and Grammy Nominee Marco
Granados is also there now with his Latin Hot Jazz.

So it's not just the Artists there who are trying to get to a recording
company to record their stuff - it's now working both ways in either direction.
