Subj: [kl] Who is and how do I contact Stephen Fox?

I have decided to play basset horn again after retiring from playing
about 8 years ago. So I want to buy a first class narrow bored b.h.

I tried Rossi directly and got a lovely answer. Luis Rossi told me that
he does not now make a narrow bored basset horn (in fact he makes no
basset horns) but suggested I try Stephen Fox whose work he praised.

So I am, on the basis of his recommendation, going to try that. But
first I need to know something about how to talk to Stephen Fox.

As a side isssue, I should also mention that I tried Patricola both
indirectly (thorough the band instrument company in Indiana just off I80
which are said to sell his instruments) and directly using his web
address for which I received no answer. The Indiana people were helpful
but I don't believe they made a serious effort to ask Patricola if he
made such a thing. They simply informed me that thay had no such
instrument and inquired if I would be interested in a Buffet or LeBlanc
b.h. instead.

If this is the last clarinet I am going to purchase, I want it to be a
rosewood or cocobola wood monster so I have set my sights (and my price)
high.

So who is this Stephen Fox about whom Luis Rossi spoke so very highly?
