Bull shit! The idea that reading music "isn't his thing" will only limit his
musical opportunities. If your friend wants to remain musically illiterate so be
it. Let us not blame ourselves for his lack of discipline and his stubbornness
to not learning how to read music. Books open doors. Music books and music
manuscript open doors. What else could one say on this subject?
