Cindy,
Have you a more detailed description of the headache? At what stage does it
start, gradual or sudden in onset, constant or pulsating, where does it start,
where does it radiate to, does she have any other symptoms? Are you sure she
wants to continue her lessons for herself and not just to please her parents? Is
it possible that she realises that she is not very talented, and is looking for
an acceptable way to withdraw from a difficult situation?
