Hi Cindy
I am inclined to recommend consultation of a specialized service such as a
headache outpatient clinic at a german university hospital, not a general
practitioner. Although most likely strain in the broadest sense is the cause
(i.e. on eyes (sight reading), on venous pressure in the head (to much
obstruction to air flow due to biting or for other reasons), by false
posture, psychic strain including even depression) there could be other
reasons warranting medical consultation. Headache is a non specific symptom,
without additional information from the patient, physical examination and
other tests a correct diagnosis and thus a remedy are unlikely.
