I didn't realize we were counting PAID groups. In that case, I submit the
following:

The Baytones big band:

5 saxes (two female, one is a "natural" clarinetist who doubles tenor)
4 trumpets (two of each)
3 trombones (two female (!))
3 rhythm (currently all male, but we did have female bassist, drummer, AND
pianist when I first joined a couple of years ago!)

I do not have a personnel list of the Saginaw Eddy Concert Band (summer
only), but, as best I recall, we had about 4 out of 13 clarinetists
(including bass) male, 3 out of 4 saxes female, 2 female trombonist out of
5(?), 2 female oboists, I believe all female flutists, at least one female
trumpeter. I can't remember the french horns (they are WAY over on the
other side of the stage!) but I know at least one is male. Percussion and
other low brass is all male, but for next season one female tubist, who has
subbed before, may get in.
