It is on ASV CD DCA 800. The liner notes read:

"Paul Reade's charmingly evocative suite from The Victorian Kitchen Garden,
for clarinet and harp, consists of five relaxed tone pictures from an era
that has long since passed. The delicately pointed prelude leads directly
to "Spring", whose outgoing mood delights at the promise of good things to
come, and fruitful days ahead. The emotive melodic freshness of these
movements gives way to the expressionist canvas of the following section,
"Mists", which is followed by a lively scherzo, entitled "Exotica". This
imaginative and winning score concludes with "Summer", a happy portrait of
the Victorian garden in full bloom, a fitting and tranquil reminder,
perhaps, of the untroubled innocence of former times."
