I've heard of licorice stick, but never eel! Somewhat less graceful, I
think! :) These are neat. Anyone heard of some other nicknames?

Eddie Daniels is amazing. Ever heard his recording of the Weber and Brahms
Quintets? I was in a major classical HMV store once, and a had a choice of a
few great CDs, with enough money for one. I was listening to them and I
remember the reason I got the Eddie Daniels Weber and Brahms Quintets CD was
because at the beginning of the Minuetto of the Weber, the little ascending
figures were so light, free and joyful.
