You can get Bb by using the side key fingering instead of the
register key. (The register key does not raise the pitch by an octave
and hence is not properly called 'octave key'.)
That is, play A the normal way and then play Bb by adding the side
key that is next-to-closest to the mouthpiece.

VCIS offers a number of clarinet fingering books that show all
kinds of alternate fingerings and trills. I bought "303 Clarinet
Fingerings and 276 Trills" by Alan Sim for $16 + $3 S&H. VCIS offers
other fingering books as well, but the Sim book fits into your shirt
