There is a nice edition of the Ponchielli,
Il Convegno by David Hite. Unfortunately
it's by Southern Music Company and it
is printed very small! Hopefully someone
else will have a better suggestion.

He asked for Band - Hite did Piano (at least as his personal online
reviewer, that's all I know about...).
There are other versions of Ill C - Ricordi does it too, but not sure if
for band. (or even if still in print)
