Geez, in an area of that population, there ought to be DOZENS at least!
Even a weak repairman can fix a couple of leaky pads. On the upper joint,
make sure the adjustment screw on the Ab key that arches over the throat A
is not in too tight. As the pads seat in on a new horn or a repad, many
small leaks can develop. It should be no special challenge for a tech to
take care of. They do it all the time.
