Bill and all -

The mention of "Repasz Band" brings back some fond memories. I remember my
Mother playing it, "12th Street Rag" and "The Burning of Rome" on the piano
back in the thirties.

Any of you older members remember "The Burning of Rome". I remember the
sheet music cover-a bloody red representation of Rome in flames. Outside of
being a lot of chords banging away, it was a very forgettable composition.
I wonder if any recordings or sheet music still exist for "Repasz Band".

There is a march titled "Repasz Band" which I believe was named in honor of
this group. I think I played it last summer.

If you have to mic a saxophone, the rest of the band is too loud.
