Agreed, and I've played it a few times. Richmond Ballet has a production
of the full work, which at least distracts somewhat from the mind-numbing
music. >>
Oh this is JUST what I was looking for! (laughing up a storm here). Thanks
SO much for all the replies, even the tacky little song... I'm playing this
in a couple weeks and am now looking forward to it more than ever. I enjoy
being aesthetically insulted (and/or assaulted) now and then, and this sounds
like just the piece to do it. :D
