Last year in my youth orchestra (hooray for the Portland Youth
Philharmonic!), we played part of "Wotan's Farewell and Magic Fire Music"
from Wagner's _Die Walkure_, which had a brief part for D clarinet in the
first clarinet part. The firsts complained a bit and then scrounged up some
E-flat clarinets and transposed the part. Hope this is of some help...
