The Dvorak "New World" symphony was one of my earliest exposures to
classical music, via a 78rpm set conducted by Leopold Stokowski. I think I
know the part in the 4th movement Shouryu referred to in his post, and it
consistently raises the hair on the back of my neck! I think the work gets
looked down upon somewhat as being too "accesible" since it is quite
popular in the concert halls and frequently recorded, but think
accessibility is a good thing. I conducted a community band some years ago
that played a much shortened and simplified version of the 4th movement.
Even that version gave me the chill down my spine!

If you have to mic a saxophone, the rest of the band is too loud.
