Don't blame Germany for the system being inequitable. Like it or not there
is a human factor in every situation regarding lessons, including public
school teachers giving lessons. It's unfair to tar everyone with the same
brush. Research your recommendations for private student referrals. If
the student isn't first, keep looking. Check the solo ensemble scores
